How long does it take to receive my order?
An answer with a story...We received an order one week on a Thursday afternoon, and an email shortly afterwards, inquiring about delivery time of the order placed. The customer was surprised when we told her that here order should be to her the following Monday, or Tuesday at the very latest. I was so surprised by her response, that I did a little research into delivery times, and found out that most other hand made collars took 2-3 weeks to reach the customer’s doorstep!! I guess we do things a little differently here...After the order has been placed, and funds are verified, it usually only takes 24-48 hours to fill the order. It is then sent USPS so you should receive your merchandise in just a couple days! Occasionally a material is out of stock, or we do not have the size you ordered, and of course the rarity of a package lost in the mail. Though these things do happen, they only account for about 5% of our orders. We will do everything in our power to please our customers-we want you to be happy with your purchase!
