Proper Adjustment
Houndstown uses the most durable materials available for each particular collar or leash, however some materials are inherently more delicate than others. We recommend hand washing, with a detergent such as Woolite, and allowing to air dry lying flat. With that in mind, a great number of our collars and leashes can safely be machine washed in a pillow case or laundry bag with fantastic results. A general rule of thumb is to determine how you would wash an article of clothing of your own made from the particular material, and wash the collar the same way.
